Flavor

Heat

Toasted Sesame Oil

  • Stir-frying, basting, finishing and salads
  • Relatively high in both polyunsaturated and monounsaturated fats
  • Source of omega-6, an essential fatty acid

Made with all-natural, cold extracted toasted sesame seeds, this healthy cooking oil has been described as having a rich, nutty flavor. Popular in Asia, sesame oil is the most commonly used oil when stir-frying.
